The Knolls at Sweetgrass Apartment Homes is a pet-friendly community and understands the important role your furry companion plays in your life. Your best friend is ours too!

Cats, Dogs ( most breeds) and Other Pets are allowed.

Maximum weight of pet(s): 100 lbs.
Maximum number of pet(s): 2

Restrictions or other terms: Pets must be at least 1 yr old. Dog weight limit is 100 lbs on the 1st floor and 50 lbs on the 2nd floor. There is a pet fee (per pet) required. Call for more details.

Breed Restrictions: We accept most breeds of dogs, however, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
